Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the MYFT Mobile App (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide

• Account details (e.g., name, email)
• Content you submit in the App (e.g., roster selections, comments, or profile info).

Photos & Camera

• With your permission, we access your device’s camera to capture photos/videos.
• With your permission, we access your photo library when you choose to upload or select media.
• We do not access the camera or library without your action or consent.

Location (“When In Use”)

• With your permission, we collect approximate device location while the App is in use to show nearby events and personalize content.
• We do not collect background location data unless you explicitly enable it in your device settings and the App provides features that require it.

Usage & device data

• App interactions, diagnostics, and performance logs (e.g., crash reports).
• Device info such as model, OS version, and identifiers used for app functionality and analytics.

• Provide and improve App features (teams, schedules, fantasy game, media uploads).
• Personalize content (e.g., nearby events) and maintain safety and integrity.
• Measure performance and fix bugs.
• Communicate with you about updates or support requests.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the App. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, analytics.

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — if push notifications are enabled.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with an organizational change.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You may request deletion; see Your Rights & Choices.

• You can control permissions for Camera, Photos, and Location in your device settings.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
• You can opt out of analytics where available or delete your account (if the App supports accounts).

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised policy.
